I am the original and only owner of this pair of expertly crafted vintage boots by L.L. Bean of Maine, USA. These are waterproof, leather and rubber hunting boots which I received for Christmas, 1962 from my parents. These boots have been worn only lightly, I soon outgrew them and I believe I wore them only a year or so. Note the cursive tag which Bean ceased using in 1968.

These boots are in excellent condition. There are only few, light signs of use or wear and no major damage or flaws. I just cleaned and oiled them and they retain no malodor.
